Excellent location, short walk to Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. Good value for money, accommodated family of 5 in one room. Great hotel staff, including the owner. Breakfast served promptly in the room.

The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is right off the grand canal and close to everything. It may be tucked away in a sketchy alley, but once you step inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The staff is very attentive and the basic amenities are well taken care of. Additionally, the rooms on the ground level have a unique touch with a "front desk" sitting in the hallway. One thing worth mentioning is the breakfast, which includes delicious butter and jam.

Great breakfast, helpful staff with tourist info, excellent location, pleasant surprise with delicious, golden croissants. Difficult to find the small door next to the small hotel sign. Imperfections add to the charming experience. Affordable choice with friendly staff for cleaning and breakfast.
